The property was clean and well kept. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. I stayed in the pool access room which was very beautiful. The breakfast options were underwhelming and lacked variety. The food at the main restaurant was however very delicious. The property is located perfectly away from high traffic area but yet still very close walking distance to bangla road and lots of other bars and restaurants. The beach is also within 10 minute walk. My only issue was that i got overcharged during check in for an upgrade but they then reversed the over payment and said all food and drinks would be complimentary for my stay. However, come check out time i was still charged. Overall i would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel is very clean and convenient location. However, I would not stay here unless you like the sound of constant cars and booming music every hour of the night - we had a ‘city’ view which was just the busiest road. The soundproofing is not great and being a light sleeper it wasn’t great. House keeping was great can’t fault them, we had a cockroach in our room and they sorted it out. I can’t say if the noise would be the same in other rooms. The pool is disappointing, hardly any loungers and people left their towels on there so you never knew if they were taken or not. I would say the pool lets down the hotel as a whole and I can’t say it’s 5* standard. It’s also has a massive space with tape cornering it off making it look rather rubbish. Great hotel if you are able to sleep through 4am wheel spins. The Novotel across the road looked more appealing with a huge pool and further away from the road.

We had a great 5 night stay at the hotel. Very clean and great location, very walkable. Very convenient as you have a 7-11, pharmacy, and many dining options in the same building, and surrounding area. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. On the day of my bday, the staff left a special message and a cake in my room which I thought was a lovely gesture. I will most definitely be staying here my next trip to phuket.

Fantastic Hotel and would definitely stay again. We had a pool access room which was amazing! Bangla Walking Street is 1k walk away so this Hotel is in an ideal position within Patong. Excellent varied breakfast available. Hotel has everything upu need and is very modern inside. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel was in fantastic condition and we loved the room. The pool was a great plus, always nice to sit and watch the sunset or get some tanning in. We enjoyed the bar at the rooftop pool as well. Restaurants had great food if you didn’t feel like going far. All of the staff were very friendly, remembering details about us and even our dining preferences when we had drinks and food at the hotel. Walking distance from the beach and about 10 minutes from Bangla road and the mall walking. Highly recommend!
