Great area for a quiet holiday. The beach was superb and all of the vendors and shopping along the roadway made the experience even better. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Thai massages were phenomenal!

This was kind of a wierd place as far as thailand goes. Not great in service, full of eastern européen customers, not the friend l'est of folks, but not rude by any means. Easy surfing out on the beach, which is why i booked it

The grounds are huge as are the two swimming pools. Lots of quiet areas to chill out in and plenty of room for kids to play and ride bikes. Everything we ate here was great and really well priced. Big clean rooms and friendly staff.

Great getaway place to relax.

This hotel was excellent. Would definitely return. The pools, restaurant, grounds, breakfast buffet and checkin were great. Beach across street very nice. If you are looking for smaller more quiet beach with good restaurants within walking distance this is the best relaxing trip.

Fantastic Resort

Fantastic resort, even better price! They had two massive pools, one which I could swim laps in comfortably (approx 50m). An amazing buffet breakfast and a well equipped gym just topped off the experience.

Large Property, Great Beach, Great Pools

Get a lot for the money. Rooms are standard but hotel grounds are huge. Lots of families there on vacation with children. The beach is right across the street and very beautiful and serene with its tree lined road. All the stores, Street food stalls & merchants along the road including the grocery store in the hotel are fairly priced unlike the rest of Phuket. Restaurants around the road can be a bit pricey, but the restaurant in the hotel has good quality food for the price. Would stay again.

It is a more rural area so the environment is quiet. Close to Nai thon beach which is very nice, just across a road. Few roadside hawkers selling food, fruit and souvenirs. A small shop and a small pharmacy nearby so can easily get what u need. Suitable for family with kids who like playing in swimming pools and beach.

Wifi near on non existent in both our rooms, had to walk to there side of hotel. Both pool swim up bars closed entire time we were there, was part of the reason we had chosen this hotel. Got charged 80 baht for a glass that broke Was paper thin or possibly even cracked already. Lots of mosquitos. Food in restaurants pretty average... breakfast was good as is location if you want somewhere quiet

The pool areas were very good however I would rate this hotel closer to 3 star than 4. Its looking a bit tired in places especially the bathroom. The service around the pools was non existent. The property boasts 2 pool bars and a café. The pool bars don't look like they've been used for years so why are the being listed in the facilities. The cafe was closed.The breakfast is cleary geared to the large Russian contingent. Only 2 options of fruit and no cold meats or cheeses available at all. Glad we only booked 3 nights.

Good hotel, clean and the free games provided such as pool, and great pool facilities. Friendly staff on the whole. Only detractor is the fact that for a family hotel, they shouldn't have glass only cups in the room. Our room (for two people) had 8 cups, all glass and this is for rooms with children. Inevitably, my 7-year-old broke one by accident, as children naturally do when glass on tile flooring is the only option, and the maid then charged me an extra 80 TBhat which nobody told me about until check out. This meant check-out at 6:30am included the lady onto front desk following me to and from breakfast 3x to sort it out. Not the most restful end to our holiday, but other than that I would recommend it. You do need a car if you stay, or the InDrive app, otherwise you will get ripped off by taxi prices.
