Family of five traveled from Chicago, IL it was a great experience with excellent service and staff members. We booked sunset deluxe with pool view large spacious room comfortably fit all of us. The hotel was very close to the sea, which was fantastic. The surrounding area was also easy to access, and we could walk back from Banzaan Market to Bangla Road. However, the facilities were old, and it was a bit disappointing that there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain in the room.

It was a good distance from the main centre of town without being too far, or too close and hearing everything. The resort itself is a bit on the old side, though I believe it is under renovations from what I saw. They gave us an amazing upgrade which was much appreciated! Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of options for every type of eater. The pools were great, though I wish the swim up bar was open for longer! I didnt get the time to try bowling but had I stayed longer, I certainly would have loved to try all of the entertainment and activities. Wish the beds were a little softer, and that we had beach towels to take outside the resort (as most people dont travel with towels), but other than that, this resort is an excellent choice for a holiday in Patong!
