Great location. Hotel bit on the older side but still worth the money. Had the pool access room which was great. Only issue was the mattress was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Had to sleep on top of the beddings to make it a bit softer. Might want to invest in new mattresses as this is consistent complain from other reviews. But overall I would stay again. For the location.

My fourth time in Phuket. Everything about the hotel is the same. I think maybe the hotel may need some renovations on some furnitures in the room. Hotel food could be better and staffs could be more wellcoming and friendly.

The pool access rooms were good value for the price but some things do need improvement. Ie. Considerable mould around air conditioning vent and the air con thermostat did not change anything so the room could be too cold. Mattresses were also quite hard for people who aren't used to it. But overall still pretty good value.

Great stay twice this trip

Great hotel. Pay the extra money for the pool room it’s worth it if you swim daily. If not you can get cheaper rooms on upper floor. Located close to beach. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has many options from Thai to western and includes coffee, tea and breads. Will stay here again for sure

Hôtel qui serait très agréable sans chinois

L'hôtel est agréable et bien situé: prés de la plage et pas loin du centre ville. Par contre la clientèle est déplorable : des chinois en famille mal élevés, irrespectueux envers les autres clients, sales, aucun savoir vivre : leur linge est étendu avec des fils au balcon des chambres ! on se croirait dans un HLM ! Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais ils ne font pas grand chose pour améliorer le confort des autres clients. Les femmes de ménages sont désagréables et les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyées. Les autres membres du personnel sont, par contre très agréables et avenants.

Everything huge here including the value for money

I'm very very happy about this hotel choice. After the check in at the front desk the staff sent me to the assigned room at the 4th floor and my reaction was "WOW". I got a shock due the really big size of the room, the nice, big and comfortable balcony with a great view on the swimmingpool and the really big bathroom including both shower and bathtub facilities. Room cleanless it's also a really big good point of this almost brand new hotel in Patong. I had very relaxing and nice time at the pool area too (I love to swim and the swimmingpool it's sooo nice and big). I can't wait to be back here cdue the real huge value for money of this place.

Awesome time in Patong, Phuket!

Perfect location if you want to be close to main beach of Patong and all the markets around. Still quiet and isolated once you are within the hotel. Pool access rooms are just amazing!
