I loved the hotel, every staff member was very polite and kind. Especially the reception staff and breakfast kitchen staff were awesome. When I had trouble booking my tickets for the ferry online, the reception staff helped me a lot. Thanks for your help and hospitality. It made my trip even better!

This was an amazing hotel with fabulous staff and superb dining options. I loved my time there. If I was being the tiniest bit picky I would say that the gym definitely needs the air con on and the breakfast dining area also could do with being a few degrees cooler. However overall it was amazing especially the rooftop pool area which is spectacular. We enjoyed it much more than Marina Bay Sands.Absolutely 10/10 for the amazing staff!

Rex Hotel has been operation for probably more 5 decades. it's very impressive that Rex has not only well-maintain the hotel but also renovate to the relevant today. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We really love the breakfast with variety selections and every day is another choice of hot food (pho, bun bo hue, bun thang, etc...). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stays. We would recommend to friends and family which we already did. Now every of our friends and family plan to stay when they visit TPHCM (formerly Saigon).
