"The actual Oceanami resort is a completely difference experience than what's portrayed on Orbitz and the resort's website. During our December 2017 stay, about half of the property was under construction, including villas, beach club (which is part of the property name), 3 of 5 restaurants, spa, and areas next to the pool (the swim-up bar). "The room was clean but we saw some cochroaches. They are very stingy about toilet papers, soaps and hairs shampoos. Their breakfast buffet is not very good so we decided to go out to eat after the first day, their coffee tasted terrible. We stayed there for 3 days. Next time we will avoid this place. "
