"We had a comfortable stay, the building was new and modern and the rooms were too. Customer service was great and It was in a good location as you could easily walk to the city centre. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that the rooms are quite dark in terms of colour scheme as well as the lack of natural light coming in. There’s no balcony and the windows don’t open so you can’t even get any fresh air, so it felt a bit closed in and restrictive. "

Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."
