"I thought these were two adjoining apartments for all 9 of us to stay. I was expecting a kitchen we could share and a balcony. Not easily accessible from City Center; we took the 534 bus and then had to get a taxi the rest of the way, 90euros for 2 taxis. Our airport transfer was 120euros for 2 taxis. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful and worth the trip to Acireale! Also have those euros available for payment! Even tho I wasted my time calling and was absolutely told by...

"Unfriendly staff. The men who worked the front desk were indifferent and not very welcomfurniture and warped mattress of the sofa was very uncomfortable. It appears that that the hotel is undergoing some renovation because some areas were roped off and oddly connected. "The property was extremely well kept and modern. The room included a terrace overlooking the water. The shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was a little cold for us to use the pool but it was beautiful. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes one afternoon. There’s a nice promenade along the waterfront and we walked down to the central part of the town at night. Staff and owners were very friendly."
