"Updated hotel with a cosy feel. Breakfast and coffee are available each morning. You turn in your key when you leave and ask for it when you return - kind of like an old time movie. The bathroom floors are heated, and the beds were very comfortable. No elevator is available, so be ready for stairs. The staff is very nice and helpful. "

"Nice Hotel just out of the main tourist area. Easy walk to City Life Shopping area and the castello park area. Tram access outside the hotel to the Duomo and central area. Great breakfast selection and a nice 24hr reception with a free coffee / hot drinks area. Room was very well equipped with excellent bathroom facilities. "Very small room, no staff on site. Very noisy markets nearby. Toilet roll and dirty towels not replaced during room cleans. Sofa bed was awful, very loud and creaky and would fold in on itself while you were laying on it if you made a wrong move. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom lights on the outside of the bathroom with a very loud fan so that if you needed to use the toilet in the night you’d wake the whole room up. Okay location. Quite a few tram stops from where you want to be. "
