"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago. The house was spacious and comfortable and the porch was wonderful. Fortunately it was cool and there was no need for air-conditioning. The units included in each room need repairs made to vent system. We found it to be centrally located to every where we visited. Would love to come back again and stay there. Enjoyed watching the horses and garzas in the yard.This house is truly a GEM nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas. "

"The apartment was an affordable place to stay, and the other tenants were friendly and helpful. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the only major complaint was the fighting dogs at the house behind the building. They barked and yelped and snarled all day and night. This was not the fault of the owner of this property, though. Just made it very difficult to sleep during our stay. I mesaged the owner and have not yet received a response."

You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! "The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. However, the elevator presented some challenges due to its limited capacity of only two people, which made it quite small. This caused concern for my mother, who felt uncomfortable using it and opted to take the stairs each time instead.
