Property was generally good, as I was there for an event in the arena. The noise in the hallways that filters into the rooms though, is a lot. You can hear the doors open and close, people speaking clearly etc.

This is my second time staying at this property. Really enjoy the ample amount of parking provided even though the Casino is quite busy and events or shows happening at "The Arena" you'll still be able to find space to park. The rooms are very spacious, one of tbe reasons why i continue to book here. Also, the convenience of the Casino is great if you and your friends would like to hang out for a bit. Recommendations would be to vacuum the main area carpet as there is a lot of foot traffic and if you want to keep things up to standards this shpuld be done at least twice a day to keep the new look feeling. Also, some dusting in the rooms has to happen. It doesn't have to be a daily thing but at least once a week or once every two week.

Housekeeping hope they deliver more soap like shampoo and conditioner for my long, frizzy and voluminous hair but nevertheless good place, clean and orderly and look brand new. Hope get discount when staying there to maximize if we having hard time to request stuff not to overbearing.

I was incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service. I had been here three times before and the management and staff were wonderful. This experience was incredibly different. We had called down to the front to request a late checkout. The staff member was rude but had given us a checkout until 1. At 1130, I received a call “um checkout was at 11, we are doing maintenance and you need to leave.” I had advised her of the request for late checkout and she said there was no record of that and asked when we would be leaving. I told her ten minutes. I requested a late checkout to spend more time with my daughter who was leaving for Australia that day for 6 months. I then was down at the front desk less that ten minutes, mentioned how disappointed I was in the service and I got a “ I’m so sorry! You’re all checked out and good to go. Have a great day.” What has happened to customer service? The women behind the counter were on their phones, no consideration for their guests and certainly no care that they were potentially losing a repeat customer. This hotel and casino had the lowest rates I’ve seen and was empty. Perhaps the customer service and guest appreciation needs to be a huge focus.

Front desk clerk was especially helpful. It was our anniversary and he made it a very special one. Hotel itself is nice and the gaming floor had enough slot machines and gaming tables to keep us going during our stay. Would have been nice to see some 10 dollar blackjack, 25 isn't so fun... Only thing missing is a dance floor/band area to liven up the floor and it would be nice fun place. Oh, and the lacking milk at the coffee stations was frequent, but what the heck, not that big a deal.
