"The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night. I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets. I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. We found a quilt and pillows in a cupboard along with a lot of bin bags and clutter and...

"Property was actually lovely, really happy with the apartment. Unfortunately, we felt slightly unsafe most of the stay. The key lock box was opened whilst we were in the apartment making us feel anxious. No communication during this time sadly, after voicing concerns. Shower head was not attached in the bathroom which is just inconvenient. Fire alarms going off 8 times between 1am-2am resulting in no sleep and debating leaving the property at 2am. "

"Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area."

"Location, location, LOCATION! The personal touch given by Alison truly made us feel at home. If not for Alison telling us that they were completely booked, we would have thought we had the place to ourselves. Lovely apartment located minutes, if not seconds, from everything you need. The closest grocery store was out the front door to the left and only 70 steps away, my wife count them. Cafés, taverns and restaurants so close that you would never have to go more than 1 block if you wanted to...

"For the money this is a really good apartment. Don’t expect a reply from the owner though, we requested replenishment of toilet roll but got nothing back. One roll for a four night stay! The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. There’s a sign on the main entrance door to ‘Keep it Closed” other guests just left it open … anyone can then enter the building. Room...

"Great location and great well Maintained apartment. Really well decorated and all the things you need to get by for a few days. My only small comment is getting in through three doors with a suitcase is tricky and a pain. But that’s it everything else was amazing"
