"TL;DR: Modern with a homely feel! Where to start!? This property is a stunning break from character to PEC. Dotted throughout PEC are restored, classic, rustic houses - then there's this house. Modern, warm, inviting, but still feels incredibly homely and perfectly suited to the area. Set on a lovely piece of grounds, this modern haven is as nicely textured by modern materials as it is by gallery-worthy art, and detail at every turn. As far as being well equipped, that's an understatement....
