"I was pleasant"

"Clean room, polite staff, centrally located. Quiet and the beds are so comfortable. General Manager (Brian) made what has been a difficult time for our family less difficult when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. This is a hidden gem and will be our go-to when we come back in from out of town."

"The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. Everytime we seen a staff member they spoke. The rooms are spacious. Love the large walk in shower. Always great to see a pet friendly hotel. "

"Rooms do not have individual temp controls in the suites. No comforter on the bed, just a very thin cover. I had to get out a throw blanket was stuffed in the closet. Cooking staff was blaring music in the kitchen at 5:45am and I could hear it clearly in my room. Only one staff person onsite when I checked in at 7:00pm, she was very nice couldn't show me to my room and my door code didn't work and had to walk back down the hill to the deck to get a new code. I typically try and stay in the top few most expensive rooms in an area, so I have a high-quality room. This was the most expensive room available in Anniston Al when I booked it, but I should have stayed at a Hilton or Marriot. "

"Parking was good, great breakfast food. The property only allows one small trash can in your room. That was an inconvenience. And when I asked about it , they didn't even offer to give me one. They say we're only allowed to have one trash can per room. It was very small, so we had to leave our trash. On the desk"

"Everything we expect from Red Roof Inn. Nicely decorated clean room with comfortable beds. Well Lit, safe parking lot. Kind and helpful staff."

"Nothing fancy but rooms are clean and functional. The place is safe. There were a few minor issues with the room, but for the price , it was a great stay and we will be back next trip down there. "
