"Plenty of bedrooms for our group and the house and property was perfect for the 3 young kids to be outside. The weather was a little cool but sunny. The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. "The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent.
