"It was ok. Room was so clean and exterior was modern and homely. But as it was ground floor room we were not able to go into balcony and we’re not able to keep the balcony door opened due to safety reasons. They should have a boundary or fence for the protection then we could use the balcony."

"The view of the water was lovely. The kitchenette, living room and bedrooms were just like shown the photos. Comfy beds, clean and a very nice walk-in shower. Not a big fan of carpet. "We stay here every time we come to the Coast as it is very handy to the family we are visiting but have never been disappointed! The staff are amazing!! It’s very clean and has everything you need. Well laid out and easy! We’ve stayed at the hotel too but like the villas for the price and the ease. The only suggestion this time is that our room could have used black out curtains as it is quite bright, which we appreciate for the safety of the guests."

"The listing is accurate and it was a very clean place to stay. Check in instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our time! The only thing is that we were afraid to use any of the apartment items as there were signs everywhere instructing us on proper usage and fees if things were not cleaned up to the owners standards. "We had a great stay on the property. The only thing I would point out is the communication with the owner: no email response nor a response to my phone call as we just wanted to make sure things are fine. The instructions inside the house were good, pretty straight-foward. Things are very well-organized. I would recommend the place to my family and friends and even book again in the future. "We loved our stay in the tiny house! There was plenty of room for my family of 4. It was a great escape from the city, close to the beach with beautiful nature surrounding. We also loved seeing the mushroom farm and learning about the process of growing mushrooms. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully someday we will!"

Morning cup of coffee disaster

"Our stay was lovely. We loved our room on the 16th floor with water view. Everything was really lovely , except for coffee situation. There were so many flight attendants getting coffee, there was no room for regular people to be able to get a cup. When the swarms of flight attendants were off on their way, coffee station was a messy disaster and there was no more coffee left and the hotel neglected to refill it. That occurred both morning of our stay. Pan Pacific has lots of room for improvement when it comes to providing their guests with a cup of coffee in the morning as a good host would. "

"We booked the end of the year at this resort because the dinner and brunch packages were well advertised and we wanted something special to celebrate our anniversary. The resort was fairly busy but we enjoyed our room which was well appointed and very cozy. The dinner was excellent and made for a special evening. However, the bottomless brunch buffet was a cringe. Serving a buffet one bite at a time on tiny plates defies the rules of a traditional buffet. So I believe the advertised package was quite misleading for anyone who planned their food options step by step. And embarrassing in the same time as we had to struggle with the orders every second bite. My husband literally had 4 pieces of bacon and a poached egg for $80.00 and then the server charged us for the latte just because there was no coffee station and we believed coffee would be included in the menu. Latte or not! The thing is, we didn’t mind the price of the package at all, but we didn’t really experienced all the selections because we got fed up of studying the menu while we were trying to enjoy the breakfast. In the end, we had a good time there and we will definitely come back, but next time I’ll ask more questions ahead of time. "
