"The Lodge was good , room was clean, the staff not so friendly, did not advise that while i was waiting for check In, to sit in the foyer , the coffee machine was not pointed out , the vendor machine did not accept certain notes, had to buy coke from the reception desk. The noise from the other guests was terrible, doors making noises, people talking loud till early hours of the ,morning,It was a Thursday night so i dont understand why this could not be controlled by your staff, we did not have...

"We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!"
