Floors were sticky. Countertop dirty. Tub had not been cleaned. No wastebasket. No blankets. No toiletpaper holder. Front desk said they would let housekeeping know about room. They never cleaned even after multiple requsts. We left early.

Had to ask front desk for towels. They had no wash cloths or hand towels. There was no breakfast. The office was locked until after breakfast. I called the emergency number posted on the door and the person who answered said breakfast was only coffee and granola bars. I was there for four days and it did not appear that the roo was cleaned even once.

The shower was disgusting, there was no phone, tv didn't work, deadbolt on door didn't work, saftey latch was broken so only lock was the doorknob and the door wasn't even closed when I got there. I told them i wanted a refund because i wasn't staying there. Front desk said i had to csll Expedia because I booked through them, of course they're was no phone number for them.

Upon my arrival, the front doors are locked and nobody is in the lobby. There was a sign posted on the door saying to call the number posted. I did that, it went straight to a voicemail where I was unable to leave a message. I had to find another room to stay that night and lost my money for this hotel..

Room dirty, spider webs, bedside stand dirty, towel rack fell off the wall, shower curtain dirty at the bottom, sheets stained, pillows terrible (one was only a half pillow and we went and bought our own pillows, no coffee pot (bit had coffee, sugar, etc in the room), did not have enough towels and wash rags and no hand towels (didn’t have any towels one day),. Oh and garbage not picked up. Would go outside next morning and someone had put garbage outside and it would be strewed all over the walkway. I also had requested a bottom level as my Father is blind and when we got there said none was available!! We were put on 3rd floor. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do not stay here unless you are desperate!

Room was filthy upon arrival. Table had white substance on top. White substance in carpet and sticky tv stand. Toilet had broken handle so you couldn't flush. Tub was dripping. Complained to front desk witj pictures of room. She moved us. This room was cleaner but no towels and no remote for tv. Floors not swept. At least this room looked like it had been cleaned. Could get no one on phone to voice my concerns. I won't be back.

There were no towels in the room. When I went to the front desk, I was told there were no towels at all! The bed was hard and noisy. When I got up this morning there was a long black hair under the covers that wasn’t any of ours. I should have been suspicious when the room next door was packing up and leaving at 9:30 last night. Inexcusable.

The property was not clean. Multiple guests requested refunds, and my husband spayed 2 cans of Lysol, and I bought my own sheets for our kids beds, the couch and our bed. We also bought pillow covers. They actually canceled my reservation prior to me arriving. Learned the hard way to not take last minute rooms.

Candy wrappers left in room from previous guests. Beds looked as if they'd already been sat on -- or worse. Hotel ice machine was out of commission. Bathroom vanity had no light. One of the soaps left by the sink for us had been opened. Safety info on the door was wrong; it showed what the outside of the hotel looked like, not the escape route from the room itself. TV was unusable; it kept asking us for info from our phone to complete an internet login. Bathtub/shower had a huge brown stain in it. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Some of the light fixtures were missing lightbulbs. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. The floors were dirty. The front desk worker said our room number out loud for other guests to hear (maybe not an issue for others, but I felt uncomfortable with that). The blankets had cuts in them. We got a refund and stayed somewhere else. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this establishment.

So, worst stay, good trip. The location gets you but don’t stay here. Some kid owns it and makes it clear he doesn’t care. We were in the office and heard the most complaints. No one had towels or soap, no coffee or filters. Literally nothing is provided here. No breakfast so don’t book if it still says that. I pulled so much hair, not mine or the wife’s, out of the covers and sheets. Some looking like a pile that just came from someone’s foot off the floor, so I am guessing someone had said only one night before we were there so, they cleaned it up enough, didn’t change the sheets and there we slept 2 nights. The front desk was hilarious. One guy didn’t work there but greeted us with his wife beater tucked in his whitey tighties. The girl came out later and gave the master key to a customer that couldn’t enter there room. Hands down worst stay, worst effort, best entertainment.

Did not stay here. Arrived, checked in, and went to our rooms. IMMEDIATELY went back to the front desk. The rooms were filthy and occupied already. So, when we went back to the front desk we were told no other rooms were available. I asked for a refund and we would find a room elswhere, to which i was told I would have to contact Expedia for a cancellation/refund. Which I promptly did. It is now 4 days later, still no refund. Expedia is supposedly thying to get me a refund, but Im not holding my breath. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.....

Our room was semi clean. The bedding was clean but stained. The shower, toilet and sink and countertops were clean however the floors were nasty. There were no towels in our room (and another customer was getting towels when i checked in because there were none in his room). The balconies had trash lying around. When i went to get towels and tell the employee about the floors, she did ask if i wanted a refund. She also told me she would send housekeeping up the next day. No one came in and cleaned the floors. There werent any signs of bugs though. We checked
