Our room was very dirty, no towels or washcloths in room, no trash cans, beds were made with sheets on top of the blankets which were not clean. When i asked for towels i was told that there was no more. Hotel told me at check in that I did not have a reservation even though i had several email confirmations with confirmation numbers and text messages from the hotel. Overall a very bad experience with this location.

We arrived at the hotel and received the room key. Upon inspection of the room, the entry door was filthy, the bed had a noticeable sag in the middle of it, the bathtub appeared to have been patched but the patch was rusted and the worst part was the adjoining door to the next room didn’t even have a knob. It was just a hole in the door. We promptly returned the key and left requesting a refund. We still have yet to hear back.

I didn’t like that every time we left and came back our card would not work and I had to go back down stairs to get it reactivate and they didn’t have enough towels and washcloths for everyone or toilet paper no coffee for the coffee maker

Location is great, close to a lot of attractions. Although I did find multiple bed bugs on the mattresses. When I tried to report it to the front desk she was stating, I was mistaken it for a tick and refused to give me a refund.

The price per night was great. But it was $75 (refundable) damage deposit, which we didnt know about till w were checking in. We paid it. BUT, when we got to the room, the walls were with the holes in them.... I took pictures and went back to the reception to let them know. It was almost week, still didnt get this deposit back. Plus, it supposed to be "grab and go" breakfast, there was no such a thing.No breakfast at all. Room could be cleaner...

Tĥe place was nasty ,the walk way was dirty,dirty clothes laying in parking lot,bed matteres laying. Along walk way coulden̈t get in room had to go back to office get another card,then went in room to check it out only 1 light working.smelled nasty, dirty i went back to office told them about everything and canceled it went to Traveĺ lodge by Wyndham and got a room .then the days inn charged me 187.00 dollars.
