I am a huge fan of Mid-Century Modern style. The decor is what sold me on this hotel vs so many options in the area. The renovation choices are tasteful. Made my stay more memorable for my birthday. The lady at check in Feb 8 may have been new or in training, not sure. She seemed overwhelmed with two people waiting. After waiting a bit, an employee from the diner or bar stepped up to take car of me, and she was very nice and helpful. The gentleman the next morning checking out was friendly and professional. I took photos of the lobby and diner. I will be back!

It was good, not great. There was a dark stain on one of our beds, and the sink had dirt in it, but other than that it was clean, beds were comfy. Kinda loud outside but it’s pigeon forge, it’s always loud at night. Only stayed for one night

They are pry friendly which is great. It's a renovated hotel so it does have some wear but our room was clean and had modern decor. The property had one elevator. The elevator was dirty and far away from out room. We opted to take the stairs. The garbage pick up in the morning was pretty loud as well. We went during the winter season so swimming in their outdoor pool was not an option, definitely wish they had and indoor pool. The location is great. Right on the strip near everything!

This property was nice, seems to be one of few hotels in the area that has been updated. Staff were nice, and the location was very convenient. Right across the street from the island.

Loved the property from its fun theme, trendy (&clean) rooms, and bar. Employees we encountered were friendly and helpful & the welcome drink was a great surprise during our check-in. The area has no shortage of entertainment and dining options. &While I’m not a big fan of the overly touristy area (came for hiking in the Smokys), I truly loved this hotel and would happily stay again.
