Really bad staff, attitude, playing mind games, and never smiling, over the whole week. Gave us a horrible room when called on the attitude. Bed make very loud noise even for small motion. Aircon super noisy, and fridge super noisy. Guess he also tried badly to make it worse by putting near lift, but lift noise didnt come in. Really sad because had a great stay before here. In 3 months, look like complete staff turn over.

We were given a handicap room without being asked. There is no coffee maker in the room and there was no free Wi-Fi. The air conditioner was very noisy and there was excessive noise from barking dog across the hall.

It’s been a long time since I was in pigeon forge. The hotel was ok, but the area is now just a giant tourist trap. Our reservation was mixed up - we reserved a king, but was told they didn’t have that so we ended up in a king. I contacted Expedia and they “escalated “ this and messaged the hotel. Never heard back from the hotel or Expedia. The staff was friendly, the room was fine the area around the hotel is just not my thing. Hiking and mountains are gorgeous.

The property was very nice and kept up. It had many areas to relax, the sky roof, multiple lounge areas, an indoor pool and out door. However, the indoor pool was kind of gross. With no water circulation it sort of stank. The room was small which was fine but there was no microwave and the fridge was tiny. Other than that we had a good stay.

The hotel allows pets. And there were dogs barking for 3 hours during the night. Otherwise we enjoy the hotel and have stayed there multiple times. The rooftop terrace is nice with views of the Smokey Mountains.
