Its not bad if your staying for a few days or even overnight however this property needs to be remodeled and could use more food options for breakfast

The exterior elevator smelled so bad it was nauseating. I took the stairs the remainder of stay after the first trip on it. Overall I have stayed in worse but have definitely stayed in much better.

loved our stay here for 3 nights. Friendly customer service, straight to the point. The outside of the hotel looks a little outdated and we were skeptical but it turned out to be really nice and clean. Comfortable, AFFORDABLE. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi in my suite. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is a great overnight stop if you are on a longer trip as it’s affordable. The beds were comfortable and parking was free/easy. It’s located right on the strip of all the exciting attractions in Pigeon Forge. I don’t think I would stay here longer than an overnight stay as our room wasn’t very clean and the breakfast wasn’t good.

All the staff are very courteous and polite, always willing to help you. We have been coming here for years and really enjoy our stay.Its convenient you can walk up and down the sidewalk and go eat,go to ride go carts and other rides as well .we feel welcomed when we go to Vacation lodge.

It was a perfect room for our once nights stay, it was able to sleep everyone we had with us. The beds were comfortable and the room was cool the minute we walked so it definitely felt good after being in the heat. This is a good place to go if you’re wanting to stay maybe long then we did or one night
