"Its a bit out of the way for visitors without a car using public transport, but with a car it was fantastic as plenty of free parking in front. Quiet and safe area 24 hours manned reception - Receptionist was helpful checking me in, giving wifi instructions, recommendations for restaurants in the centre, etc. Fully self contained airconditioned flat with stocked kitchen, separate lounge, bed, bath areas. "This was a a great choice of hotel for a stay in Seville - A really sensible price, in the heart of the old town area Santa Cruz, full of local character, rather than that dreadful "hotel chain" conformity where you could be anywhere in the world, clean, air-con that worked, welcoming, decent rooms, really friendly and helpful desk staff and housekeepers, fabulous breakfast buffet for a really reasonable extra charge, and all the tourist spots were within easy walking minutes. And the cafe/ bar right outside the hotel was a great place for food and drinks and was never noisy. One suggestion - a kettle and two cups for we British who like our tea. I think these would be available had we asked. I'd instantly recommend this hotel to anyone. We could not have been happier with our choice. Thank you Jaime and your team."

"Great hotel, lots of class and elegance. Breakfast buffet was awesome. We were given an early check in, which was very much appreciated. Everything was great with the room, cleaning, etc. I only suggest hotel staff (generally speaking) to be kinder and more personable. Nothing wrong with the service, we just did not see many happy/smiling employees."

"This hotel is great. Within a couple of minutes you are in the center and if you cross the bridge you are in Triana in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very kind, I spoke to two guys (both with glasses) and they were helpful and attentive all the time. The room was beautiful, big, comfy bed. It’s the little details that count with this hotel. Upon arrival they give you a welcome postcard, nuts and it honestly feels like they are happy to see you. I would go back if I’m ever in Seville again and hopefully try the pool! (I didn’t get to try it this time). The only downside was that the TV didn’t work and the wifi was quite slow to connect. However I only asked the desk once because I felt I was out most of the time. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Seville and enjoyed the hotel greatly. The rooms were clean and very nice and the hotel staff were very attentive as well. The breakfast was quite large with a lot of options - very nice treat. The only issue is if you are driving it's a bit difficult to drive to the hotel due to the very narrow streets - nail bitting for sure but the drive out was much easier."
