"The room was great. The staff so helpful. When our first room had a issue with lacking freezer they quickly moved us to another option and it was on the 4th floor great space. When we needed a coffee or anything they quickly helped out. If you need baggage storage/or drop off as our luggage had to be delivered late they were again so helpful. "Good location a short walk from the metro station. Friendly receptionists. Room was clean and had a good amount of space with kitchen facilities. Plenty of glassware also provided. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night even though the surrounding area was really good for nightlife. Only problem was that the keys could be difficult to use, but reception did warn us about this and gave us a way to make them open the door."

"Stunning property very nice and helpful staff house keepers were exceptional, we had a gorgeous apartment some minor notes would be we had some issues with our showers, the AC isn’t very good at all made it quite hard to relax and sleep and the TV was dated. Overall despite those little issues it is a lovely property in a good location that’s very cost friendly and is visually lovely!"

"The instructions on how to get to the place was incorrect. We were told to go to Gate B. Reception is Gate A in rhe 3rd floor. We did not know how to get to the reception. We had to ask the nearby apartment reception on how to contact the property. Location is very convenient to everything. Apt has full kitchen. The clothes after using the washing machine did not wring well. It is nice that the place had a patio w table n chairs to have a meal on a sunny day."

"Fabulous apartment. We stayed here with our 2 young children for 4 nights in the penthouse room. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs so we had distance and quiet from our children. Self-contained kitchen. Location was less than a minute's walk to the tram and underground train. Cafes and restaurants on the street at the front door. I will stay here again and I recommend it. "
