Rural house for 4 people located in a small village in the council of Piloña (Asturias).
On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living-dining room and on the upper floor there are two double bedrooms (both with a double bed) and a bathroom. Outside it has a terrace with barbecue.

At an average of 35 minutes from the house you can visit the most emblematic places of Asturias (Cangas de Onis, Covadonga, Oviedo, Gijón ...), as well as being on the coast (Villaviciosa, Colunga, Ribadesella ..).

Todo estuvo estupendo, el sitio encantador, la casa limpia y cómoda. Por poner una pega sería ideal una nevera más grande ya que para una familia se queda pequeña. Por lo demás de cine, creo que volveremos en otras vacaciones.

Estancia inmejorable!!!
El Campón de Samartin ha sido un sitio idílico para nuestra estancia en Asturias. El primer día, llegamos un poco tarde, ya que después de un viaje de 8 horas, decidimos hacer una parada para comer en Llanes, por lo cual llegamos sobre las seis de la tarde a Samartin. Y allí estaba Inés con la mejor de sus sonrisas dándonos una gran acogida. Primero nos enseñó la casa, dónde estaba cada cosa, y después nos dió algunas referencias de sitios que visitar, etc... La casa está en una pequeña aldea donde se respira aire puro....y muchísima tranquilidad!!!! La casa consta de todo lo necesario, vajilla, sartenes, ollas, ropa de cama, toallas...pero haría mención especial a la limpieza!!! Sólo tenemos buenas palabras de nuestra estancia en el Campón de Samartin l , sin duda alguna, si volvemos a Asturias, no lo dudaremos, elegiremos una vez más el Campón de Samartin l.

Bonita y completa casa
La casa está muy bien. Planta baja con salón y cocina, con horno, microondas y lavadora. Menaje suficiente. TV y juegos de mesa. Planta superior con dos dormitorios con armarios grandes. Además patio-terraza con mesa y barbacoa. Inés muy amable. Lo único los últimos dos km para llegar a San Martin; la carretera es muy estrecha. Pero hay poco tráfico.
