"Staff super friendly and location is quiet. I chose this hotel due to VIP access. However our rooms weren’t even on the same floor, i asked but receptionist said not possible. Also no room upgrade, No acknowledgment as Expedia VIP. I had to show proof that we were entitled to a free bottle of wine. We arrived at 1:00am and a cockroach welcomed us in the bathroom!!! "
