Please note that the bay water is somewhat shallow. By trimming your motor, pontoons and smaller fishing boats with outboards should work fine, but larger boats may encounter issues. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Other Considerations When Booking This Property

Please be aware that when driving to our property, you will pass by our neighbor's property. He has lived there for over 75 years, and his property is quite unkempt, with a lot of junk and old buildings. If this might affect your enjoyment or comfort during your stay, we kindly ask that you reconsider not booking with us. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds based on the condition of our neighbor's property, as it is beyond our control.

We want to mention upfront that the home is only partially remodeled. The second kitchen and bathroom downstairs are sectioned off, not for guest use, and not part of the current rental. They will remodel this area into a third bedroom and upgraded bathroom next winter. Additionally, the upstairs dining area is limited, with the dining table and chairs located on the lower level. The garage and guest house are also not currently remodeled and are not part of the rental.

We highlight these aspects because we want to ensure that our guests are fully informed and have a clear understanding that our property is a work in progress. Our goal is to make sure that our guests who book are happy with their stay, and that our reviews accurately reflect our current marketing. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting those who are comfortable with the current state of our property.

All properties are professionally cleaned and stocked. Every guest is provided with a cell phone number for any questions or needs, available 24/7. We are always just minutes away!

Cleaning & Stocking Fee

We employ the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. All bed linens are washed off-site, and towels are provided. Our cleaners use a line of eco-friendly, non-toxic products. They also stock the following items: shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane (estimated value of $50 + per stay and is covered by the cleaning fee).

Lake vacation
The cabin was perfect for two and the lake was beautiful. We didn’t have much use for the lower level because the TV was not working. The furniture was comfy and we would have used it except for the TV. We enjoyed the deck and backyard setting. The weather was perfect and the lake is amazingly quiet with little or no bird noise or other animals.

The view of the lake is amazing. The circle driveway works great with pulling the boat trailer. The kids really like having there own space downstairs.
