"This was such a beautiful hotel.. the lobby alone with the beautiful decor and sitting areas were so cozy and pretty. The hotel was very clean, the hallway to my room smelled so fresh. My room was also very clean. Smelled nice and the bed was super comfortable. The walk in shower was a nice touch. Didn’t get to use the pool. I did order from The small restaurant near the lobby.. it was convenient so I didn’t have to leave to get food "

"The stay was overall decent, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The rooms felt a bit outdated and could definitely benefit from some updates. Housekeeping also could have paid closer attention to detail in certain areas, as a few spots were missed. The bathroom lighting was quite poor, which made getting ready difficult. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the coffee was a nice bonus in the morning. With some updates and better attention to cleaning details, this hotel could easily provide a better overall experience."

"Staff at front desk were great. The room had good AC and the bathroom was clean. The rooms are very small/tight to move around. We had two double beds but it was very tight. The lighting in the room could be better. The lounge, restaurant, and bar were all great. "

"Roach in room, bedding had cigarette burn hole and bleached stains. Shower had previous guests hair on walls and in the corner of the shower entrance, not one or two strands but many. Coffee area had dirty trays, seems like they need to hire a better cleaning staff. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bed covers were not not clean & also had some tearing etc. & the bath tup was dirty. And then we specifically called the day of arrival, asking if the pool was heated & they said yes. We arrived and the pool/pool room was freezing. So that was disappointing for the kids. "

"Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Renovations are being made in one side of the hotel but it’s isolated. Don’t effect our stay."
