"Location is premium. Breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is great. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. Hallways are super clean. My only note is that we expected the hotel to provide grapes for new year midnight celebration as most hotels in spain do. I wish the lobby was bigger but that is not possible due to the building shape."

"The hotel was very clean and our room was too. They were very helpful at the reception desk. It was very close to the airport with shuttle service included with our stay. We would definitely use this hotel again!"

"This hotel seems to be a hidden little gem within Madrid. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms albeit it wasn’t the Ritz Carlton, it wasn’t a Motel 6 either. It was a pleasing stay. I’d definitely stay here again. If you’re traveling w family, this is the place. "
