"Recently renovated cottage on the top of a hill, equipped with everything you need. There is a well maintained garden and swimming pool on the plot. The location is very private. When the host is on site, he makes you feel very welcome!"

"An exceptional house and infinity pool in the hills close to Montone. The children spent many hours in the pool and we all had a barbecue supper on the patio in the evening. The accommodation was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us all to help with cooking. Our master bedroom was very comfortable and had netting on the windows to stop the insects. Amazing property."

"We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! First few days we were preparing for the symbolic wedding which we did on the 4th day of our stay. "Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say Expedia didn’t allow them to do it. Expedia knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all."

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Beautiful location overlooking Tiber valley and Città di Castello. Short 15 min drive up from town in lovely countryside. Food in restaurant excellent with good selection of local wines and all at a reasonable price. Rooms varied but ones with a view best if available. Spa and indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. Staff helpful. A small priceless part of local area. Worth staying here if in area. "
