"The staff was friendly and very nice. The room however was awful. The tile floor had not been properly adhered to the subfloor. The tiles were cracked in some place and in others would lift up as you walked on them. It sounded like you were walking on broken glass. The hand towel holder kept falling off every time you took a towel off. The light bulbs needed to be changed one was out and the other flickered. When we asked if we can change rooms we were told no due to it being full. "

"Had the room for a couple of days. Put up Do Not Disturb sign on door, they entered anyways to clean room, then didn't even give us clean towels, since they were already in there."

"The covers were stained but the room was clean. Looks like the bed was made up but nothing looked washed. "

"The room was VERY CLEAN. Amy (check-in) was EXTREMELY professional, very nice, and made my check-in smooth. I am normally hesitant about the beds, but everything in this room was SPOTLESS. I was even a little nervous at first because I saw a LOT of foreign workers, but Amy explained the situation and made me feel completely at peace about my stay. It was in an area that was near food and shopping. I would definitely have no problem staying there again."

"For the price, location and staff I would have given 3stars but the room ac stopped working after the second night. There was a terrible smell coming from the hallways. The room was over ran by ladybugs and was not thoroughly cleaned,the dressers were sticky and floor was not clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. You can tell they have made some improvements if they continue to make improvements I would give them another try. "

"Didn't need or pay attention to the extras. Ice machine by my room didn't work. Staff manager was RUDE, but other staff was nice. Parking is OK. Risk of theft as anywhere. Do not use if you want quiet. Right next to a highway. For me was white noise. Other people, probably too much. Didn't use the shower. Nice TV and AC, room could get very cold! Brought my own pillow and blanket. Bedding not the softest. Small pillows, but lots of them. I probably would not stay at this particular one again. "
