"This property was much bigger than I expected. It was basically an apartment in a building instead of just a hotel room. It had its own kitchen in a separate room, as well as a bathroom completely separate from the bedroom. All 3 locations had doors to close off from the other areas. "Wonderful, quiet location in a charming neighborhood. 30 minutes by tram to the Altstadt. Short walk to a lovely beer garden and ferry to the Pillnitzer Castle. We also loved cycling along the Elbe. For some reason, the access code was sent through Expedia instead of Hotels.com, so you might need to call the hostess before arrival to meet you. She was very gracious and the breakfast was a delight. A wonderful place to experience Dresden in a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment!"

"Wir waren mit 6Personen über Silvester in der Wachbergbaude. Es war urgemütlich, wie man es von einer Baude erwartet und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen war lecker und die Preise angemessen. Die Zimmer haben was von DDR-Charme. Aber alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!"

"Dette overnatningssted hos familien Kempe er så rent og velduftende, at man næsten ikke nænner at forlade det store fine værelse efter morgenmaden. Dejligt med køleskab og alle køkken nødvendigheder. Stort badeværelse med jævnlig rengøring og med nødvendige brugsting. Fin terrasse med nye møbler. "Das Hotel ist am Rande der Altstadt gelegen. Fußläufig ist daher in Pirna alles gut erreichbar. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz kann separat gebucht werden. Wir würden dies empfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut. Toll gefallen hat uns, dass es während des Aufenthalts eine kostenlose Karte für den ÖPNV mit dazu gab. Daher haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen und sind mit Bus und Bahn zum Wandern gefahren. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Pension Donatus."

"This is a simple pension with a very good restaurant. Breakfasts were quite good but simple. The rooms are bare bones, but if you only need to sleep and shower, it is fine. We visited in August 2022 when the weather was warm (20C), but we do not know how well the room is heated for the winter. "

"Wir verbrachten 7 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Uns fehlte dort an nichts. Dadurch, dass wir 3 Personen waren, hatten wir genug Schlafmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend am Rand der Stadt Pirna. Alles, war gleich in der Nähe. Auch unsere Ausflugsziele, waren super gut zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber des Ferienhauses ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
