"Its not what I didn't like staying at the place. As the place is very reasonable in price concidering the places around the area. For short stays its good. Comfy bed shower and toilet facilities. Place is clean what more do you want. I noticed people want everything for a cheap price. Simple rooms with a bathroom. The couple running the site are lovely and friendly but if booking to stay please read what your needs are. "

"The rooms are situated above a restaurant but never heard any noise from there or the street outside despite being a 1 minute walk to the high street.The room was very clean and everything looked new"

" Charming House Near Luton Airport, This property boasts an excellent location, making it the ideal place to stay during my trip to London. Just a short walk from both Luton Airport and the train station, it offered convenient access to the city. The accommodation was lovely and fully equipped with everything I needed. I highly recommend it!"

"We booked a room only, no breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable, full of character and the en-suite was lovely too. Location stunning and peaceful. A welcome change from our usual Premier Inn/Travelodge choice. Thank you."

"Let’s be straight here, this is not a guest house. It’s a house with the rooms poorly converted to bedrooms. There is no fire detection, or prevention. No secondary means if escape. My room wasn’t serviced once in the the 4 days I stopped. The description is shockingly deceptive. No WiFi, you have to provide your own loo roll and the place is very very noisy and the other guests have no consideration. "A place to sleep at. This is a room in a shared house. The room beard no resemblance to the picture on the site. You cannot gain access to your booked and paid for room until you have paid 15 pounds extra (for cleaning). I was literally made to stand in the rain while speaking to the person who is supposed to give me access to the room on the phone.I was literally bullied into either paying or just walk away.
