Lovely property. Felt a bit unsafe having to walk through a long underpass to get into town but it’s only a 10min walk so really convenient. Please make sure you have transfers sorted as there is no where to get or order a taxi from!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEG BUGS ON BED
Horrible stay!!! DO NOT BOOK, there are bed bugs on the bed, check in you have to ring and the number they give on the listing does not work so had to go through hotels.com to get it. I told them about the bed bugs NOTHING was done we got bitten so many times during our stay even had video and photo footage still did not do anything or review anything. DISGUSTING DO NOT BOOK. Pictures below are only sign where it first started and then had many more. VERY itchy and uncomfortable.

Echange uniquement par texto en anglais Donc tres compliqué pour avoir code acces, serrures chambres et salle de bain wc privé mais sur le palier ou il faut galerer pour ouvrir et fermer. On entend bien la route passante, la voie ferrée a proximité, et l'usine qui est juste derrière et doit travailler tres tard la nuit.

Hotelli sijaitsi kohtuullisen matkan päässä mm. Pisan tornista, mutta sinne piti kulkea rautatien alitse tunnelia pitkin.

Camera molto confortevole, con bagno, massima pulizia. Unico inconveniente, due rampe di scale ripide. Struttura modesta , prezzi onesti. Ottima accoglienza all'ingresso, ma poi non rimane nessuno a dare eventuali indicazioni e assistenza. Lasciano il cellulare, ma richiamano loro.
