"The hotel charged me 15 euros for the electric charging station and the car charger did not work at all. When I asked to be reimbursed, the receptionist became really mean!! It is not about 15 euros, in the grand scheme of things…I will likely never get reimbursed!! it is about how the receptionist who treated all the customers so poorly and was sooo condescending … They don’t have the customers and service in mind. (Roberto the night receptionist was great!)"

"So, this is not an hotel, it's a holiday village with little hobbit-like bungalows, a bar and a restaurant, and a large pool. The outdoor restaurant plays loud music until midnight so don't plan to sleep before then.
