"We had an amazing time at this residence, it was the perfect little getaway place! I liked how close it was to the Embarcadero shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the Morro Bay Rock. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and recreation from our host - it made it so much easier to find good restaurants. "We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise."

"Upon arriving- smelled like an abandoned house, the floors were oddly sticky, dirty bath towels sitting on top of the washer, food bits in the sink, toilet doesn't properly flush. Pillows smelled like actual scalp, the only redeeming part is bed was decent, and there are televisions. Everything just felt incredibly unclean. Unfortunately deceiving listing.
