The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. "The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the piazza. The A/C wasn't working but it wasn't too warm so that was okay. The breakfast is great, fruit, fruit juice, granola, yogurt, fresh baked goods and bread. The restaurant was also excellent and you get a discount if you are staying at the hotel."

At night, one needs to be very careful. There are few good restaurants nearby which means preparing evening meals at home or traveling the mountain at night to/from Pistoia. Weather limited our use of the expansive pool -- but the grounds are quite nice and well cared for. Had a great time. Highly recommend this rural location. "

Peaceful and gorgeous

"Villa Parri is a beautiful well-preserved villa with amazing architecture and lovely surroundings. So friendly and helpful at the front reception. Great suggestions and helped us with the best places to park and see. It is off the beaten path so, with the exception of the amazing restaurant onsite, you have to drive to go anywhere. Of course the trade off is a small piece of serenity and quiet in a stunning villa."

"Absolutely beautiful property in an idyllic location surrounded by greenery. Staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight each morning. The swimming pool area was lovely although watch out for mosquitoes! Would definitely return."
