Wolf spiders in the room, but the front desk was nice enough to give me a bottle of bug spray to self manage. The room and bathrooms were pretty dirty. The location is fantastic but it was obviously outdated and not well maintained.

The bed was half way on the ground and lop sided off of a piece of wood underneath the mattress. There was mold above the shower and the toilet barely flushed.

I did not like the smell of my room. It smelled like cigarettes. There were stains on the curtains and lamp in the room. The hotel looks outdated. The mirror in our room was dirty and had a blurry look to it. There were storage containers surrounding the property.

Used this hotel a couple years ago on our family trip to Pittsburgh and have used it again. Everything a hotel should be without breaking the bank

No regular coffee during g breakfast. No one to ask for help. Decaffeinated coffee was cold and terrible quality. Stale muffins. Noisy jerky elevator. Noisy outside. Strong chlorine smell everywhere.

Property was very outdated and the hotel seemed a lot older inside. It was clean and there was good parking. there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. However, that the curtains didn’t close all the way so in the morning the sun was blazing in the room. Not sure I’d stay here again.

Ant problem!!
This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was great!! This time we went for my sons birthday, so we had cupcakes in our room. We went down to swim and when we went back to the room the cupcakes were covered in ants. Anytime we set our drink down, ants were climbing all over it. Same issue in the room beside us (we reserved 3 rooms total) We were given ant traps that did not work. Front desk said nothing more they could do as maintenance didn't work weekends. Also the thick blankets had rips all over them. Stains on the mattress. Found a pill under one of the beds. No extra roll of toilet paper. Breakfast was decent though.

The linens on the bed were dirty and ripped not clean the were white sheet and the phone did not hve a plug did not work we could not call the front desk.
