"The location is great with a parking lot right next door but can walk to many things. Only bad thing is they were having trouble with their hot water tank so showers were on the chilly side. Talking to staff the morning shift acted like she knew nothing about it and the evening guys just said they were having an issue. No option for any compensation or moving to a different part of the hotel on a different tank if that was even possible. So two days of cold showers!"

"The front desk staff in the evenings were fantastic… I wish I gotten her name, but she took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The only issue was the pool & air in the pool area were quite chilly one of the days we were there, and made the pool area unusable for the kids which was a disappointment. "One of the nicest places I have stayed. Rooms were a nice size and quiet. Gym was nice, a little strange that the machines were not facing the TV. Service was quick and friendly, I truly felt welcomed by the staff. Only down side was the shower wasn't warm enough and had a low flow. Not enough to keep me from going back!"
