We have stayed here many times to attend games at Acrisure stadium. I have to say the Wyndham is looking a little tired and neglected. While the lobby still is clean and modern, the rooms are looking shabby. Our room had a very distinct moldy odor, the curtains look worn and the bathroom fixtures are rusty and dirty looking. While waiting for the elevator we noticed the wallpaper is peeling and the floor areas look dirty. It still has a great view, great location and the staff is always very pleasant.

Everything that could go wrong on a trip went wrong. I have been double billed on my CC. Valet lost my car and took almost an hour to determine that we did give them the vehicle before they began to look for it. I was almost late for my flight and the valet recommended uber. The hotel then informed me that the valet and the hotel are separate entities. This was really a place I will not return to.

The property is in a great location especially if you want to have an amazing view of the rivers. The view and being close to point state park is what made this stay. The room was very small. The walls were thin so we literally heard every cough, sneeze and conversation. There was a blood stain on the bed sheets, and the wall paper was peeling behind the bed. I personally would only come again if it was cheaper. Also all the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we did need assistance.

The staff was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Howere, the hotel could use a face-lift. In the room, wallpaper was peelingall around the edges, bubbles in many areas, vent in bathroom didnt work (my friends room as well). The entry way into the room was crowded with dresser closet, next to it was fridge inside a small cabinet, leaving a small entry. Pillows were small and flat.Ac struggled to cool room down and would run for hours with not much circulation. But the room was clean. They dont offer daily housekeeping, unless requested. Parking is so expensive, but worth the hassel. Valet deserves a raise. The restaurant was clean and updated with very friendly and speedy staff. We picked the place because it was walking distance to the stadium. Great place but needs a little lift.
