"The Continental breakfast was not good. Everything was cold. No hot food available. We stayed there when it was the Best Western and they had a fantastic hot breakfast. When we booked these rooms we didn’t realize that the hot breakfast had went away. Probably won’t stay there again. "

"Our room did not have a chair. The night lights from the exterior of the hotel were impossible to completely block out with the blinds. Otherwise everything was great. The staff in all areas were helpful, professional and friendly — could not have asked for better. Breakfast buffet was excellent. A great getaway for us"

"Absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate both this place and the hospitality of the owners 10 stars instead of 5. I was driving through town on a cross country trip, and the owners showed me so much kindness while booking me into one of their cabins. It was professionally cleaned, quiet, serene, beautiful, and close to everything you could want to do in Eureka Springs. If I ever come back to the area, this is the ONLY place I will consider booking. Perfection. "
