Our spacious house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring ample room for everyone. With two luxurious king beds and two bunk beds (twin over full with a twin trundle), the house comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Underneath the house, you’ll find a fantastic entertainment space. This area includes a an outdoor tv to watch the game and a fire pit where you can gather and share stories with family and friends. The outdoor space is designed for fun and relaxation, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of island adventures. The space also includes a Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
For those who love to explore, we provide two bicycles for leisurely rides around the island and two kayaks to paddle through the serene intercoastal waters. There’s no better way to experience the natural beauty and wildlife of Palm Island than by bike or kayak. Additionally, a golf cart is available for rent, offering a fun way to get around the island.

**Palm Island is only accessible by car ferry or by boat. Frequently Asked Questions
*How do I get to the Island?
-You can get to the island by boat or by using the Palm Island Transit Car Ferry. The car ferry pass is $55/car for round trip. You can buy a 10 pack of car ferry passes for $400. When you arrive to the Ferry, there will be car line that you can wait in to get onto the ferry. The first mate will tell you when to board and guide you onto the ferry. Stay in your vehicle. Roll down your windows. If it is dark, please turn off your headlights (while waiting for ferry until you arrive to the island). If you forget, they definitely yell at you…lol. It is a 2-3 minute car ferry. Ferry Hours:
Sunday -Thursday: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm
Friday: 6:30am – 11:00 pm
Saturday: 6:30 – 12:00 am
*Can I get groceries on Palm Island?
-We would recommend getting groceries prior to coming to the island. There is no grocery store on the island. Coconuts, located inside Palm Island Resort, does have very basic supplies/provisions (milk, eggs, condiments, cheese, wine and some adult beverages).
There is a Publix close to the Palm Island Transit. You can order groceries through the Walmart app and pick up the groceries. The nearest Walmart is on South McCall Rd.
*Where is the nearest boat launch? Can I keep a boat at your dock during my stay? Where can I rent a boat? How far is it to ocean/intercostal water??
-The nearest public boat launches are Ainger creek park to the north, or Placida Park and Eldred’s Marina to the south. Yes, you may keep your boat at our private dock during your stay. Our dock is designed for boats up to 30 feet. You can rent boats through Abe’s Boat Rental. Abe’s boat rental is located at Cape Haze Marina, which is located directly across from our canal entrance. From our dock, it is a 5 minute “no wake” boat ride to the intercostal waterways and 10 minute boat ride to Stump Pass & Gulf of Mexico.
*Are there restaurants on Palm Island?
-Yes. There is one restaurant, Rum Bay, and is located in Palm Island Resort. Hours: 11:30-8:30pm daily.
-Coconuts Café, located directly below Rum Bay, has coffee and breakfast sandwiches available. Coconuts, also, sells ice cream and has golf carts, bikes, and kayaks available for rent.
