"Warm and welcoming check in staff. Nice clean new hotel with plenty of parking - and spaced big enough for modern vehicles which is often a problem in French cities. Towels were tiny and very scratchy. Shower head hose is designed in a way that means it never points where you want it. Other than those very minor issues, a great stay. "

"Second stay at Emeria. Can't wait to go back. Expensive but good value. The rooms have been redone as has the pool area and it's all top notch. Water-view rooms are amazing as it's such a beautiful coast. The staff is mostly excellent. Perfect place to go "hide" for a few days. "We stayed on the fifth (top) floor with a nice view of the ocean across the street. It’s within walking distance to the downtown and many restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and sufficient, the room was clean. The bathroom was small but not the smallest in Europe. Our daughter had the loft which had two singles and room for luggage and clothes. "it’s all about the sea views. If we hadn’t had a room with a sea view I think we would have rated this hotel as middling at best. The bedrooms are small and could do with a bit of cosmetic updating. The beds are narrow though not uncomfortable. However when you look out of your window and have the changing play of light on the water literally 5 metres away, and can watch the tide rising and falling on the beautiful long beach, everything else seems irrelevant. The staff are very nice and helpful...
