"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! "The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the...

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. "If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else. "
