"Amazing ski in ski out hotel. Really was a 5 star hotel the staff were so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived and could not do enough for us. The ski in ski out was just amazing and the ski shop on the property was a highlight! Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back to this hotel. Was a true 5 star resort in the alps!"

"Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year) On the plus side: Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view. "We loved the hotel. Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!! Amazing views from our balcony!!! Our only improvement would be more hanging space for clothes and hooks by the door for ski coats!"

Recommend staying here

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "
