The Villa - Up to 10 people

Recharge your batteries in this charming 240m² cottage that can accommodate 10 to 12 people, in the heart of nature.
Equipped with a heated floor, this house consists of 5 bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms (with WC). A small stone outbuilding in the garden completes the cottage with a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
To relax, the cottage has a private spa, a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a living room, to feel at home.
You will be ideally placed to discover the charms of our region less than 45 minutes by car: Niort and its historic district 20 minutes away, the Poitevin marshes and its green nature, the beaches of La Rochelle and the Île de Ré or even the Zoodyssey.

Nous avons tout apprécié une seule chose pas assez de grande casserole pour cuisiner pour 8/9 personnes et certaines finitions sont très basiques. Boys Avons passé un excellent moment.
