"This is a fantastic gite for total relaxation. It’s spacious, clean and well equipped. Our hosts, Sarah and Steve, were so welcoming, and nearby if needed. Our favourite part was the pool. It’s beautifully maintained and the solar cover very efficient so even on cooler days the water is warm. The view of sunflower fields was the cherry on the cake. Thank you Sarah and Steve!"

"Loved it here! We want to come back! We stayed in a tree house and it was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our cats. We loved the pool, activities, and playground. "Perfect little gite with lots of thoughtful touches! Friendly and respectful hosts. Pretty garden. There are lots of things to see within a one hour drive. I would highly recommend staying here. Valley of the monkeys is not far and very entertaining."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte de la treille. Hôte très accueillant et prévenant, qui a emmené nos enfants en balade voir les animaux et les ruches. "We loved our stay here. The gite is huge - massive large living space, large bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and a big walk in shower with double sink layout. Although the site is shared with another Gite and BandB guests the layout means everyone has total privacy and only the pool is shared. Beautiful gardens out the back - horses to pet in the paddock. So peaceful and calm, we loved it. A little remote - 15-20 mins drive to nearest shops."

More information regarding the arrival process would have been helpful, we started to panic a little when there was no-one to greet us. "Our third year back at Chateau Jautrudon and the week seemed to fly by again. So much to do on site (tennis, swimming, golf, walks in the woods, games inside) and a few trips out (canoeing in Le Blanc, VeloRail at Chauvigny). Nice to see a few improvements in the kitchen plus the addition of a swing and basketball hoop."

"Although the property looks a bit dated, once you are inside the hosts look after you so well all is forgotten. Our room was comfortable and looked out over the river. Amazing views. Dinner was excellent and breakfast on the terrace was a joy. Would certainly recommend, especially if you don't mind seeing the occasional cat. Excellent value for money and happily return for another stay."
