"A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!"

"We had our annual friends weekend away & Chelsi’s house was the perfect setting for it all! So spacious, there was a room for everyone to do just what they wanted! Pool, hot tub & sauna was a fun added bonus! The theater room was great for the guys who wanted to hang there! Kitchen was really well stocked & had so much room for us all to gather. Beds were comfy & all the linens were cozy too! We had a great time & hope to come back! Thanks Chelsi!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!"

The house had everything we needed (no running out first thing for toilet paper) Best of all was the Christmas tree and decorations. It really made it “home for the holiday.”The agent and owners were super communicative, let us know what and where’s promptly.I can’t thank them enough for the experience. Our dog loved the space it trapped in a hotel room."

Location was only 5 mins walk from the beach, which is great because the beach is very busy and noise so perfect place to relax. "This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right. "We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend! "

"This is a beautiful unit with lots of space and every amenity you can think of. One of my usual pet peeves with rentals is that there are not enough hooks. This place had hooks all over! View and location were gorgeous. Place was incredibly clean. My only suggestion is to lessen the (not so bad) requirements for checkout. If I am paying a cleaning fee, I would prefer not having to take my own trash out and put the towels in the washer. Other than that, just superb!"
