Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. It was a bit further away from the city center, but easy to access via public transportation and great value for what we paid. The laundry room is also well equipped, and the staff is very friendly. "I started in one of the larger apartments, which mercifully does not face the busy motorway in the other side of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs."

"The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. "The hotel and its staff are fantastic, being so close to the station, which is very handy, comes with a few issues with the people knocking around. But this has nothing to impose on this fantastic hotel and its staff. Second time staying here and both have been great stays.Great for everything has to offer and some great Persian restaurants right outside the hotel. 5 mins walk to the Löwenbraukeller and 10 mins walk to Karlsplatz/Marienplatz. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the kind gentleman serving breakfast Friday morning, i didnt catch his name, but he was so helpful. Highly Recommended Hotel!!!"

"Lovely hotel at the edge of the city. Close to the main train station so good access and easy to walk everywhere. Hotel is well kept and modern. Comfortable beds. Showers and toilet in a glass surrounding within the bedrooms rather than separate room. Excellent facilities including ironing board and free tea and coffee on at least one floor. And vending machines for water and snacks. Excellent choices at breakfast and a hotel that serves great coffee! "

"Beautiful hotel, 2-minute walk to Munich Hbf. There was a bit of construction down the street, but it didn't impact my stay at all. The rooms were modern and quiet, the inside of the hotel was quite nice and refined. Check-in was easy, and there were free macarons, who doesn't love macarons???"
