"The staff was courteous and available 24/7. I had a problem with a continuous blinking "message" light on the telephone and no one could explain why or turn it off. The solution offered was to cover the phone or unplug it; neither of which was suitable to me. Also, there was some type of "smart" mirror in the room above the desk that even when "off" still had control buttons that glowed all the time and there was apparently no way to turn off so impossible to sleep with the light they emitted....
