Stayed 3 nights with 2 kids & a dog. Everything & everyone was perfect until the last night of our stay. Around 9pm the a/c quit working. I gave it some time, tried turning it off & back on - nothing! I called front desk & they had no more rooms available. She even called hotel across the street & they only had 1 bed rooms. So we spent from 9pm til 10am with absolutely no a/c. We propped our door open most of the night just to get some air. (Worried Fido might run away). The whole reason we were staying at hotel is because our house is being remodeled & currently has no a/c.

Great location . Excellent customer service . The room little dark but nice and clean We come during strawberry festival . the rate extremely high but understandable . Still have to drive to festivals about a miles and half . Litle too far to walk . This is a closeness one
